GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Located in Drautto, in one of the most quiet and panoramic areas of Panarea, with a view of the blue Aeolian sea and the islands of Lipari and Salina, the villa is divided into two separate and independent floors, each with large terraces.

Access is from the garden, which extends over 300 square meters and is planted with local essences.  From here a traditional Aeolian stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a comfortable kitchen, a living room, a master bedroom, a bathroom and, above all, a large covered terrace with a panoramic view, where you can spend long days relaxing and having aperitifs and dinners while enjoying an incomparable view.

The outside staircase leads to the upper floor, which is completely independent and has another room with two beds and a second bathroom. Here too there are terraces, even more panoramic, one covered and one open.

The villa can be reached from Panarea's main road, which runs from the town center to the beaches of Zimmari and Cala Junco, just a few hundred meters away.

From this road a flight of steps leads directly to the property, a true oasis of peace and wellbeing where one can recover from the stresses of everyday life.

A buoy field with boat and dinghy hire is also within walking distance, as are several restaurants. The condition of the property is very good as it has been well maintained and may only require the customisation desired by the new buyer.

The villa is located in the village of Drautt, the most popular area of Panarea, one of the seven islands of the Aeolian archipelago and the smallest of the Aeolian islands at 3.5 km.

It lies to the north-east of Salina and Lipari and is 30 km from Stromboli. The tourist port of Milazzo is 65 km away. Panarea belongs to the municipality of Lipari in the province of Messina. San Pietro, Drautt and Ditella are the three hamlets of the island.

The center, with boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in San Pietro, where the pier is located. Just beyond the center of Drautt is 'la Cala degli Zimmari', one of Panarea's most famous beaches. From here a path leads to Punta Milazzese, where there are the remains of a prehistoric village.

There is also an ancient path that leads to Cala Junco, known as the most beautiful cove in the archipelago. It is a natural amphitheater formed by rocks surrounding an impressive natural pool. Off the coast of Panarea are the islets of Basiluzzo, Spinazzola, Lisca Bianca, Dattilo, Bottaro, Lisca Nera, Panarelli and Formiche, which together with the active volcano of Stromboli create a wonderful atmosphere.

The island has a helicopter landing pad and can be reached by ferry, speedboat or your own yacht.
