No, we don't charge a commission on the sale of a property found through our website listings.

We represent properties of all sizes and price ranges, in both rural and urban locations.

All the properties we list demonstrate our passion for architecture, design & original character and satisfy our clients' desire to be excited and surprised. The properties on our website aren't limited to a particular architectural period. In the future we will include sites with planning permission for imaginative new builds.

If a property is of sufficient design merit, we will show it to you! The price range can be anything from €50,000 to €5,000,000.

We list properties throughout the Italian property market, from the centre of Milan to a small village on the other side of Italy.

Our office is located in Northern Italy, but it is not a walk-in facility. However, we do welcome clients to our office by appointment.
