It all began with a perimeter, a line in the ground that defined what is now Villa Rotonda. A design project by Italian architects aimed at creating a jewel in a very rural and natural context in Puglia.

Starting from a respectful approach to the surrounding olive grove, the house is structured in a concentric way, where all the natural beauty is incorporated, for example in the four double bedrooms, in the covered loggias and in the bathrooms of the master and junior-master rooms. All the rooms, together with the kitchen, surround the heart of the house: the large living room, designed to envelop you with its curved walls, offering a cool shelter from the Apulian sun, but warm in the soft shapes of the room and its furnishings.

The large window that separates the living room from the outdoor dining room disappears inside the walls, eliminating any filter between you and the landscape.

The two outdoor dining areas are very different: the first, on the ground floor, is protected by a large sliding roof which, like an eclipse, shields the table from the sun when necessary; the second, on the roof of the house and equipped with its barbecue, opens its view to the sea in the cool evening breeze and the scents of the olive grove.
